New Information: "IDHR Annual Disclosures Reporting"—The IDHR has issued FAQs to assist employers with the reporting and disclosure requirements, available online on the IDHR website (EO-12).
New Information: "Sexual Harassment Training"—Employers are required to provide sexual harassment prevention training by December 31, 2020 and annually thereafter; the IDHR has released a model sexual harassment prevention training program, available online in English or Spanish (EO-14).
